When I decided that I would get pregnant, I thought that it was going to happen overnight. I've come to realize that it's not as easy as you would imagine getting pregnant. So I think that MaybeMOM really can help anybody who doesn't know what their cycle is, isn't sure when they're ovulating. At least this will narrow down your times; you can develop a pattern and find out really when it's the best time for you and your partner to be trying to have a family. MaybeMOM has definitely taken the guess work out of getting pregnant. Before I went into this, I didn't realize how difficult it is to become pregnant. family. My name is Larisa Aronova, I'm 38 years old and a mother of 3 kids.
I have a daughter that's 15, a son that's 12, and another daughter that's 2
weeks old. I was married twice. In my first marriage I had my two children.

Awesome Product!
I am in a monogamous relantionship and don't want to use the usual products such as condoms for family planning. I knew there were kits out there for finding the best times to get pregnant, but I wanted to use it for the opposite effect. I wasn't sure what I would find! I've been using the rhythm method throughout most of my life in several monogamous relationships to good effect, but I find it is stressful at times when wanting to be intimate and forgetting if it was a "good time" of not being sure. I used to use birth control pills for several years when I was a teenager but I didn't like the way they made me feel at all, and I heard they are really bad for you long term.
I am with someone who I think would also feel more at ease if there wasn't the added stress of not really knowing when I was ovulating. Small, discreet, and 98 percent effective in seeing quite literally when I am ovulating and when it is probably a bad time for sex.

Last spring, after two months of trying to get pregnant, using the urine ovulation kits, I purchased a MOM kit at the local pharmacy. I am happy to say that the first time I saw the fern pattern, I concieved and am now the mother of a beautiful, healthy ten-week old son!

I bought this to try to get pregnant. Quite simple to use, easy to clean, easy to read results. You need about five minutes to take this test. Every morning you put a dab of saliva (making sure the saliva has no bubbles) on the microscope and let it dry. Pop the scope back into the lens and press the light. You can immediately see a fernlike pattern if you are ovulating. I am happy to report I conceived the second month I was using this product

This is excellent. Have used for 6 months, and know now when I ovulate. It takes some getting used to, but it's compact, reliable, and much cheaper than the urine tests.

This handy device can be reused to help detect ovulation.
The ovulation detection devices that use saliva to test for ovulation have been around for a long time. You simply put a drop of saliva on the microscope slide and let it dry. If you then seen ferning you know you are ovulating. If you see blobs you are not, a combination would indicate you are about to ovulate.
The idea behind this is that you can then reuse the microscope for years. This makes it a lot less expensive than ovulation prediction kits. It can also be used for women with all cycle lengths.
MaybeMOM has finally gotten around to attractively packaging this device. It's about the size of a lipstick case, and Maybe Mom offers a lipstick carrying case complete with a small mirror for carrying the microscope. The instructions are written clearly, though you might not realize how clearly they are written until you start using the device.
Obviously the device can't predict ovulation if you're not ovulating but it can help you time intercourse if you are ovulating.
