Step 1.
Remove lens housing |
 |
Step 2.
Place a drop of first morning saliva on the lens and let dry completely (2-5 minutes). |

Step 3.
Replace the lens housing into the tube, press the light button on the bottom and look at the results. |
How to interpret the results of the saliva ovulation test?

Figure 1: No Ovulation
If you see dots but no fern-like structure, you are not ovulating. It is highly unlikely that you may become pregnant. |

Figure 2: Some Ovulation
If you see a few fern-like crystals, there is a small chance of becoming pregnant. |
|
Figure 3: Ovulation
If you see a fern-like pattern, ovulation is occurring. You have a good chance of becoming pregnant. |
